Amikhat moved forward to attack Mambo, missed, and sprang back.
Afabu sang a Song of Lethargy affecting nobody.
Baboonwere moved to attack Mambo, missed, and sprang back.
Jackalwere attacked Vandis with a Sleep Gaze, but Vandis resisted.
Apuat cast a quickened Web, affecting nobody. Apuat then struck at Vandis with a bastard-sword.

Nebkau struck at Vandis with a bastard-sword (ooo)
Angel cast Haste on Mambo.
Kress closed on Apuat, provoking attacks from Nebkaut (o) and Apuat (o). Kress attacked with his axe (x).
Mabheri advanced and struck Kress with a shortsword, but Kress' headset foiled the sneak-attack.
Nephthys used "smite good" and struck Mambo with claws and a bite (xox).
Sebtef advanced on Kress and attacked him with a longsword.
Zhaji cast Flesh to Stone on Mabheri (stoned) and chained it to Nebkau (stoned), Apuat (OK), Sebtef (OK), Isis (stoned), baboonwere (stoned), Gebir (stoned), Afabu (stoned), Amikhat (OK), Nephthys (OK), wolfwere (stoned), jackalwere (stoned).
Mambo raged and struck Nephthys (xxx), dropping him.
Anubis yelled at his companions to stop. He then cast Greater Command on Sebtef (prone) and Apuat (prone), telling them to "drop".
Vandis cast True Seeing and discovered that Anubis was human and most of the others were jackalweres and wolfweres.
Amikhat attacked Anubis (x).
Brianna cast Flamestrike on Amikhat and the statues near him.
Apuat stood up, provoking an attack from Kress (x), and attacked Kress (o).

Angel cast CMW on Mambo.
Kress attacked (using Power Attack) Apuat (xxx), dropping him. Kress continued on Sebtef (x*)
Zhaji cast Magic Missiles on the disabled Amikhat, ending the battle.

Anubis said he did not understand the betrayal. Vandis honored Anubis and offered his sympathy for the betrayal of his companions. Vandis cast Heal on Anubis. Anubis granted the party with Divine Luck for one month.

Mambo felt she should meditate on what she had learned recently. Zhaji teleported the party back to the inn to spend the rest of the day and night. Zhaji, with Vandis help, continued to work on her Robe of Eyes.

Mambo: Zhaji will spend another day on the robe of nosy eyes.
Mambo: path will turn north eventually and go through a gauntlet of sorts (visible from pylon) huge and forbidding edifice = temple of Osiris. Must be investigated next. Don't know what to expect there. If anyone is within, we have been observed.
Mambo: Temple is stern looking and stout. Resembles a castle fortress. Twin pylons flank the gates.
Mambo: No banner if flying. No person is yet visible.
Mambo: Avenue leads there. Large paving stones. Runs east and west. Meant to last for thousands of years. Two rows of stone statues on either side of path and stone sphinxes.
Mambo: We believe inhabited temple, if inhabited, might detect us if invisible. We know it is sensible to approach openly and honestly, not disguised as liches.
