Tebryn's notes

Igor climbs the stairs and emerges into a room. A short wall separates the staircase from the rest of the room.

Igor moves into the room. He sees a Medusa. He calls out: "medusa!"

Khumarr delays.
Kress delays.
The medusa steps back 5 ft and conjures. It speeds up.
Brianna sings lustily and with good cheer.
Hazen delays.
Igor steps 5 feet and hits it with a big power attack for 47 points.
Cabrath delays
Yol: "Khumarr, go and attack the Medusa."
Veracity takes out her godstone.
Tebryn pushes past Veracity and moves into the room near Igor.

Khumarr flies up to touch the medusa for 7 points of damage and 2 negative levels. Igor takes the opportunity to critical hit the medusa for 81 points. It falls.

Veracity steps into the room and sees a ghostly archway, filled with swirling mist. "Looks like a portal to the ethereal part of the tower!"

We search the Medusa and find:

bracers of armor +2
+2 short bow
ring of unknown (detects Divination)

We search and find another door.

We disable the walls and talk.
